1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by PURE DIGITAL SRL, operating under the brand The Style Cult by Carla Kirman, C.I.F.: 37261170, J28/264/2017, B-Dul Nicolae Titulescu 5, Bl:5, Sc:A, Et:4, Ap:16, Slatina, Olt County, Romania.

By purchasing any service on thestylecult.com, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

The Style Cult offers the following personal styling services:

3. Ordering and Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes. PURE DIGITAL SRL reserves the right to modify prices at any time, with changes taking effect from the next billing cycle for existing subscribers.

4. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Monthly and Premium subscriptions are billed automatically each month. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at carla@thestylecult.co. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again after cancellation.

No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.

5. Refund Policy

A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase, provided the style selection has not yet been delivered. Once your selection has been sent to your email, no refund will be issued for the current period.

For monthly subscriptions, cancellation stops future charges. The current billing period is non-refundable once the selection has been delivered. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis — contact us at carla@thestylecult.co.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Romanian legislation, consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason, provided the service has not yet been delivered.

Once your style selection has been delivered (sent to your email), the right of withdrawal no longer applies to that service period.

7. Service Delivery

Style selections are delivered by email within 48–72 hours of receiving your completed onboarding form. Delivery times may vary during high-demand periods. In such cases, you will be notified in advance.

The Style Cult reserves the right to request revisions to the style profile if the information provided is insufficient to complete a personalised selection.

8. Revisions

If you are not satisfied with your selection, one revision is included per session or per monthly cycle. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your selection.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on thestylecult.com — including text, images, design, and branding — is the property of PURE DIGITAL SRL and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Style selections provided to clients are for personal use only and may not be redistributed or resold.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Style Cult provides styling recommendations for informational and personal use. We are not responsible for the quality, availability, or pricing of third-party products linked in selections. All purchases from third-party retailers are subject to their own terms and conditions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Romanian courts. For out-of-court dispute resolution, you may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
